Children are sponges...they observe & absorb everything in the environment around them. So, all possible effort has been made to make PWS a school with conducive learning environment. Hence, most stringent standards are followed for recruitment of the faculty. It is not only the qualifications and experience of the teacher that counts, but also their sensitivity and understanding to deal with a diverse milieu of students. The creativity, exceptional communication skills, and an attitude to learn, unlearn and relearn is a quality yardstick that Pacific World School looks for in a prospective teacher.
